Temperatures may still be in the 80’s here in Austin…but fall is officially here (and cooler weather is right around the corner)! And with that, it’s also pumpkin season. Nothing beats visiting a nearby pumpkin patch and picking out the perfect one to carve or cook. Here’s a list of a few options we hope you enjoy:

1. Sweet Berry Farm

1801 FM 1980, Marble Falls, Texas 78654
Head out to Marble Falls for the Fall Fun Harvest which not only offers a beautiful array of pumpkins but also hosts several activities you’ll be sure to enjoy. Hayrides, a train, maze, horse rides, face painting… and homemade ice cream. What a great way to cool off after all the fun! No admission fee – prices vary per activity. Visit their website

2. Tarrytown United Methodist Church

2601 Exposition Blvd, Austin, Texas 78703
Another great option for pumpkin picking is the 30-year tradition in the heart of Tarrytown. We think it’s a great location for picture taking and your contributions will help fund a youth ministry foundation. No admission fee. Visit their website
