We love Austin year round, but during the Holiday Season Austin is extra special. We've shared some of our favorite socially distanced Holiday traditions below!
A can't miss in Austin, the Trail of Lights converts the iconic Zilker Park into an epic holiday light show. This year tickets are sold by car so you and your loved ones can drive through the magic. Don't forget to pack yummy holiday snacks and wear your favorite ugly sweaters!
2. Mozart's Chrismas Light Show
You can't get much more romantic than a holiday light show on the water. Mozart's Holiday Light Show is great for a date or a festive night with family and friends. We recommend bringing your warmest coat and extra blankets since this show is outside.
Great for the whole family, COTA's Peppermint Parkway converts the iconic race track into a magical light show straight from the North Pole. After you enjoy the amazing show, you can stop in the Peppermint Plaza to grab a snack form the food trucks, enjoy the Kiddie Amusement Park, and meet the famous Pepper & Mint!
4. Luminations at the LBJ Wildflower Center
Admire all the festive lights as you stroll through the outdoor LNJ Wildflower Center. So grab your Holiday Sweater and a hot drink from the Wildflower Cafe to take along with you on your journey. Don't forget to also check out Holly Days at the Wildflower Center to create holiday crafts and life long memories with your loved ones!
