Finding the perfect coffee shop with the right seating-to-outlet combo can be tough. So each Friday we are working from a new coffee shop and will give you everything you need to know from outlet accessibility to what to order and when to visit.

This week we stopped by Codependent ATX, a new coffee shop located in Downtown Austin.

Vibe: Swanky, Modern, Chic

Codependent is perfect for when you are looking for a place to hunker down in-between downtown meetings, a first date spot, or a quiet place to unwind and people watch. A swanky Mad Men-esc aura greets you upon entrance while floor to ceiling windows allow for plenty of natural light to flood the space. You'll find plenty of seating and outlets surrounding the shop you won't have to fight over the last workable spot. There is also ample outdoor seating to enjoy the fresh air and surrounding hustle & bustle of downtown life.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and can provide plenty of recommendations to make sure you enjoy your time with them. We ordered their cheese board, vanilla latte (made with their signature vanilla blend), and drip coffee and were not disappointed.
