The ABJ's 27th annual Residential Real Estate Awards luncheon on March 21 honored some of Austin's top-selling Realtors and homebuilders.

Due to elevated interest rates and other factors, most of the Realtors who entered the contest put up smaller numbers than last year — but their production is still impressive.

They have a lot with which to work. The latest Census numbers for the Austin metro just came out, and they indicates Austin is still growing faster than the national average — and, percentage-wise, faster than Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. More than 2.6 million people call Central Texas home now.

The winners of this contest are ranked by the value of homes sold in 2025. Some closed on a relative few homes, but they were huge transactions. Others walked away winners by focusing on volume and racking up home counts in the hundreds. Information is supplied by the Realtors or their agency.
